Lua Tester for Straightgrain!

A Blogpost in English!

Why?

Well, I was one of the 40 testers of a new pattern from Straightgrain. She designed a sleep sack, available in three sizes: 0-6 months, 6-12 months and 1-2 years. I was so happy with the e-mail but also a little scared. Could I get ready in time?
The fear was unfounded! The Lua Pattern is a fast-finisch project that’s easy to achieve!
I made the biggest size for Axelle and on the pictures you will see that it still is a bit too large. But I made it for this summer and for our trip to Thailand!
I used a Soft Cactus fabric. At that time I already had it in my warehouse but the fabric wasn’t launched yet! I was very enthusiastic!
I sewed the sleep sack with dot-fabric as lining and searched for matching buttons! I didn’t think about the drawing in the fabric when I was sewing the piping! *whoopsie*

Axelle, 9 months, decided not to lie still during the photo shoot. At this time, it seems impossible for her! Fortunately, she is at night very quiet and sleeps like a baby! 😉
If you are interested in this pattern, go to the Straightgrain site! With the code ‘LUALAUNCH’ you get a 1 dollar discount! The pattern is only 6 dollars so that means 5 dollars for this great pattern!

Only remains me to thank An from Straightgrain for this great opportunity so An: Thank you!
